I have my avid hooked to a mojo which is then hooked to

First, we have found that our DNA Adrenaline boxes need to be connected to the FW port on the motherboard to work properly, you might want to try that with your Mojo. Also, be advised that firewire connections do not work reliably through any kind of a hub connector - each needs it's own individual port - don't know if this is an issue for you, but wanted to give you that info. Regarding configuring the deck, if you go to configure the deck manually, do you have a firewire channel created when you look at the deck configuration window? If not, you need to click "add channel" and create one. Then add deck, and if you can't find your specific make and model, use the generic device profile.

thanks for you answer
but this is not my case as i can config the deck in avid as it can be over the FW or as connected to the mojo still avid will not give me the option to control the deck and it will not show any video on the pc,
and yes it is connected to the onboard fw port.
after a long search on the forum i have found and issue that may Be related as people has reported that if a deck is connected by the mojo you can't control it .still it will be ok but way don't i get any video signal.
and the lamp on the mojo show that DV is on so it get the input but i don't see the output it in AVID
depending on the deck it works as it should. Configure the deck to be attached to the firewire port on DNA in the deck config. Delete all other firewire deck templates.

and how do i uninstall it as it was install automatic when i have open the avid after i have connect it so how do i uninstall it ?
