Can anyone help me?

I have a half hour sequence, cut on xpress pro on my mac, and I need to email it to someone else - who also has a mac.  It doesn't matter if the quality isn't very good as it's just for viewing but I just need it compressed as much as possible so it can be email.

Do you know what the limit is for the email accounts involved?  That'd help.  Also, do you have any third party encoding programs (Squeeze or Procoder) available?

a half hour sequence is going to be near impossible to email with most providers. 

as asked aboved - if you have sorensen squeeze you can get it pretty small.  I'd compress as much as you can, and then place it on an FTP site and send the person a link.  do this all the time for larger quicktimes.

 Another alternative is www.yousendit.com  Send a file up to 100mb for free.
