All of a sudden, the list of threads in "My Discussions" on the Forum home page is a duplicate list of the "unanswered" posts, not my threads. If I click on "My Discussions", I see the correct list of threads I have participated in. I've tried signing out and then signing back in, but the problem persists.

Here Unanswered is a copy of Active and My discussions a copy of... well either Active or the current My discussions

Yep, all three are duplicates here.

 Actually now, it looks like all three thread catagories are showing the exact same list of threads.

Thanks for letting us know, this has been fixed.  Our updated Monday reset those items, the settings are re-applied.
