I have recently installed Sorensen Squeeze 4.5 on our Avid work station, but for some reason the Quicktime 7.0 Pro and RealPlayer do not show up in the 'Format and Compression Settings' options menu. I have looked through all the settings but can not find anything of any help to resolve this issue.

If anyone has any ideas why it does not work can they please let me know?

 I had a similar problem with a copy of Sorenson I received with may AXP to MC upgrade. I contacted Sorenson and they provided a link to download a new copy (latest version) and all's good (a few bad copies must have escaped)

 yeah, i would bet on Sorenson.  i have 4.5.700 & it works great.  i've used Sorenson for years with only one problem... they mailed me an invalid serial # with an install disc!  one call to customer service resolved the issue, with their apologies.  if the settings simply arn't there, i would bet on a bad install.  no software conflict would prevent them from installing (working properly...maybe, but not from installing).
