Hi, I'm Mariano from Argentine. I work for an earth station who uses Dekocast to insert logos into the video signals.

Since we moved to another facility we are having troubles with the Dekocast video output. The image on the output appears to be broken while the input is ok. I  can see  something like  frame loosing  in the broken  video. 

The equipment were opering well until the movement. I check de board and anything seems to be right.

The issue looks like SDI plot issue, because different frames are showing not in phase.

Somebody can help me? I don't know what it's happen.

Call Customer Support at 978-275-2484.  They can walk you through running a diagnostic on the board.  Press 1 for Support, then 5 for OAG products.
