The "find" function appears to only work in a sequence.  How do I search project wide?

Right now, I'm in front of a Avid Xpress pro v 5.6.3, but I also have access to a 5.8 and MC 2

 Use the "custom sift" function in the bin pull-down menu.

Open the Media Tool and use the Custom Sift options.

Thanks.  I can't use the Media Tool on the current project because some file somewhere is corrupt so it's not letting me open the tool, but that sounds like a good idea.  I'll try it out on another project.
