lost avx effects and pan & zoom with upgrade

When I upgraded from xpress pro 4.6 to 4.8.4 I lost my avx effects and pan&zoom. Any ideas on how I can get them back? I also lost my BCC effects.

You will have to reinstall them The P&Z should have installed with your upgrade (What version was that BTW?). The Boris effects were in your AVX folder which got replaced when you upgraded. Check with Boris because you will probably have to upgrade to, at least, BCC 4.2.2.
