Play frame error could be that you are trying to display a resolution not allowed by the application...

Do you have an ISIS system?
If so did you edit the lmhosts file in the appropriate way for the sysdir?

Hi every body
This problem of Play Frame Error is very frequent in interplay 1.2.3 and what ever you do the troubles commes. The file lmhost is at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc.
have you any idea ??

What I find: this error message will bring up if you have problems with network speed and/or your grafics card have lower performance than needed.
Also make sure you are able to play the resolution provided to the Assist station. Viewing high res media when the station is only allowed to view low res will also result in the play frame error.

Hi,
Last sunday I have been detetected and fixed several problems with the network card configuration. We don't have problems any more but I will wait during two weeks at least before the toast :)
