Play Frame Error - in Assist application

Hi all! Have these problem with my Interplay Assist: when try to view a video clip, in the video frame window we have "Play Frame Error" message. I don't know what to do, becouse simply restart of PC where Assist installed does not make y life better. With my Interplay system everything is OK: editors can work, Ingest still work, Access also work. What you would like to recommend for me?

Play frame error could be that you are trying to display a resolution not allowed by the application...

Do you have an ISIS system?

If so did you edit the lmhosts file in the appropriate way for the sysdir?

You need to log in to ISIS to allow the Assist to play video

What I find: this error message will bring up if you have problems with network speed and/or your grafics card have lower performance than needed.

Re: Play Frame Error - in Assist application

Also make sure you are able to play the resolution provided to the Assist station. Viewing high res media when the station is only allowed to view low res will also result in the play frame error.

[edit] oops just noticed i already stated that before Smile sorry..[/edit]
