    Marquee, images along a path

If you've ever wanted to have images moving along a path in the Marquee tool here's how to do it. In Marquee, you can't attach shapes to a path. However, Text is not a problem.

It may work best if you create the marquee effect in a composite container as a tree effect. This way you can patch in multiple tracks for each video on the path.

First, create a spline and convert to a path. Second, create a string of text attached to the path. If you want something simple like rectangular frames, you can use the letter "n" with a "Wingdings" font. Next, change the material of the face to be input 1 or 2 or 3 etc. Leave the mapping on "local", and you have a series of video frames on a path that can be lit, animated and translated.
