    system not enabled to run this software

    To anyone who can help-  I was having problem with my Deko 3000.  I restarted the computer, was able to start deko software, but got the following message when I tired to open a sequence:  "This system not enabled to run this software. See Release notes." Any ideas of what I can do?

    Please call Broadcast Support at 1-800-639-7364.  Sounds like a dongle issue.

    Your application was launched prior to the HASP service running. Make sure your application shortcut is not in the startup folder, this will prevent the error message.
