older pro tools sessions to cd s

I have 3 pro tools systems the main one I use is an old 001 5.3. I have burned to disc entire sessions that when I put the disc in another computer and opened it it would recreate all the tracks with audio and inserts.I cant remember how I did this but my old copies still work.On the newest pro tools (all LE) it may ask me to make a copy first, to anothe file ,is very slow to load, but worked.I cant remember how I burned these discs (cds). My question How do you put a pro tools session on a cd ,as a session with all trecks faders inserts etc, that when put in another pro tool system will open and recreate the session. Thanks

Why not Save session copy as "new Name" on a different drive and select copy media?
Move the new sessions folder onto a data CD or DVD.

Or if the other system has DVTookit (ie DigiTranslator) Export as an AAF (If later than about Protools 6.5) or OMF2 with embedded media

The inserts will only work on both systems if both systems have the same inserts.

I found it was very simple.Pro Tools has to be turned off. Then transfer the "folder" not the session to whatever it will fit on .Thanks for reply
