Give me more detail about the Nitris stations, please. Are they running on ATTO FC42ES or 41XS? Is the driver version 2.51? Is everything green in the Unity client profiler when ran on them?

Yes, the message is the "Lost connection to server"
My nitris run with Celerity 41XS, the driver is 2.51, flash version is 2.50, Device discovery : Port WWN, Connection mode : PTP Preferred. For me, all is configured right.
I hope that all that comes from the hard drive.
I changed the disk failed and there is always the same error :
"LOST CONNECTION TO SERVER"
At this point, trouble shooting this can be very tricky. You should consider hirering a specialist to look at this problem.
Next in line is the FC switch. What model do you have, what firmare and configuration is running on it?

Here in LA with 24 clients on a 5.01 MediaEngine. Get the same issue every now and again... I'll check back in to see if we have a solution!
I had the same issue. I replaced the net card and it worked for me.
Try other computer's card and if it works, just replace it.

I had a similar with incompatible mac OS version and Unity.
Do all the clients disappear at the same time. If so, you can be sure that it is a Unity issue & it is best to reinstall the machine from scratch, making sure to correctly install the right ATTO drivers. If not, you must have machines that have systems that correspond to the right version. 10.4.10 & MC 2.77 are not right. Upgrade to 2.8.
I have 14 macs 2.66ghz OS 10.4.11 on a Unity v5.1. All of my disconnection issues disappeared when I upgraded the system, have ing the right client steup and above all with ATTO cards on both the PC & the Macs that were setup properly. If the issue continues, you should have an avid support policy. I suggest you use it. You may have a defective system.
Thanks a lot for your response. An avid expert analysed and said : all of my configuration is good, for unity, switch, and mac, etc... but there is this bug. my configuration is : 19 adrenaline 2.8.4 ; mac os 10.4.11 ; 2,66 Ghz ; 4go RAM ; Unity 5.1 ; 40To to be continued.....
Does it happen on all of the machines at the same time? If so, it is a server issue and often an ATTO card issue or the switch. Make sure that the ATTO cards of the clients and the unity are configured the same way, preferaby in Piont to Point

For the moment, there is no response. For them, our installation is conform.
I would like just to compare with another user my configuration.
