    No input signal present ERROR

I'm using Xpress DV 3.5.4, i know it's an OLD version BUT i'm constantly getting the "no input signal present" error.  i'm digitizing from my DSR-11 which i've been using now for 4 years and to trouble shoot the issue, i hooked up my sony PD-150 camera and it digitized just fine???  I have deck controle with the DSR-11 BUT when i press the V and A1 and A2 in Avid, i get the wheel and then the error?  I've checked decks, adjusted the decks and auto configed but nothing???

I've had the DSR-11 cleaned about a year ago BUT what is my next option with Avid??

    thanks!
