Hi Maxim,
Here are the results of a forum search for "green line export". Hopefully something in there will get you going. If not, when you come back tell us what your system specifications are (processor type & speed, amount of RAM, type of audio & video cards).
good luck,Carl

Hi Carl,
I tried the different work arounds offered at the moment. Nothing works so far. What can I do to get a satisfactional result, because I really can't show these exported images with a green line on top to my costumers.
Thanks already for the help.
If you've read through all the posts and none of the workarounds is solving the problem (not even cropping the top few lines?), I don't know what to tell you.
I believe the problem was fixed in Xpress Pro, but Xpress DV is no longer being worked on. Sorry I don't have better information for you.
good luck,
Carl
I consider cropping not really as a solution, since we shot in 4:3......
Man, I can't believe Xpress is sold as a finished product, when these kind of issues are popping up..
Thanks anyway Carl,
I'll contact my reseller/Avid...

You're only cropping out a few lines at the top (maybe 6 at the most), it's well behind the Action Safe area for television. In other words, it's not noticeable.
