Re: Trouble importing AAF into Protools

    Thought about updating from 6.5.3?

With 5.2.4 and 6.5.3 I would be using OMF not AAF.

With current versions of Avid and Protools AAF is the better option.

Well I did try OMF and that does work.  Is there a free update for avid pro tools 6.53?

No!  There are several paid upgrades to get current. (Also possible changes in CPU requirements.)

OMF is still a great way to go.  Worked flawlessly  for years
