    Avid Console commands

I've recently learned that typing "Help Commands" in the console window prints out a list of all of the console commands which can then be saved to a text file BUT apparently, the console window can't hold enough lines to list all of them so i end up loosing the first part of the list up to DumpDrives...

Does anyone have a full list of commands or know how to tell the console window to allow for more lines of text?

I've tried this on a few systems, including Xpress Pro 5.5 and Media composer 2.5 and had the same results... :-(

Avid Media Composer 3.5.1, Intel 3.0 GHz Pentium D, Zalman Resorator 1 Plus water cooling system, 4GB Geil 667MHz DDR2 RAM, PNY nVidia Quadro 1400... [view my complete system specs]

I haven't tried this myself - but can you add switches? (i.e. Can you type 'Help Commands /p" (For pause)?

    Re: Avid Console commands

Just select all the text and copy to the clipboard.  Then paste into Wordpad for example.

I went and tried exactly that (like the old DOS comands) and a lot of variations as well... no success.

Brian, thanks for the complete list!

    Re: Avid Console commands

Thanks a lot for the list :-)

For some reason, some systems only show about 2/3 of the list so a copy/paste wouldn't help...
