Due to the simultaneous releases of multiple Dongle-Protected Avid Software Upgrades, the In-Warranty line is receiving higher than normal call volumes, and wait-times may suffer because of this. If you have an active Avid Support Contract on your Avid Symphony Nitris, Avid DS, or Avid DMS Broker and require a Dongle Updater, or need to update your access to the Avid Download Center, please contact the Avid Nitris Support Team for assistance.
Please call 800-800-AVID, choose option 2 for Technical Support, then Option 1 to create a new case and enter your Symphony Nitris or Avid DS System ID, and we would be happy to help you with your Dongle and Software Download Needs.
Since these upgrades are Dongle Protected, an Active Avid Support Contract is required in order to receive access to the latest software downloads, as well as Dongle Updaters and new Avid DS Licenses.
