phase problem, lavalier mic has a 0,19ms delay

I'm editing a project that has an audio problem. The lavalier mic has a 0,19ms delay (I read the thecnical specification of the lav that was used on the shoot) so there is a phase problem with the boom. The problem is in every single take of the project. I've tried to perform an Audio Slip in the Source Setting (right mouse on the clips), but it's not working. Apparently, I move one channel but nothing changes on the audio when I playback the clip.
How can I solve this problem? What is the best way to solve this problem in all my clips?

Well, not what you probably want to here, but I generally would never mix a lav and a boom together.  I would edit the tracks so that only one was used at a time.  I am skeptical that you can get them perfectly in phase as the boom will always be moving a little, changing its relative delay.

    Just my opinion.

In documentary, I do it quite often with good results.
This time there is a thecnical problem and I'm trying to solve it. I'm still looking for a solution since the "source settings" audio slip doesn't seems to work.

You could try a track effect.  There is a Delay effect that can be used if I remember.  It is really meant for more effecty things but can be dumbed down to be a simple delay line.
