    How to blast dongle to MC 8.44? - solved -

    I need to update my dongle to MC 8.44.

    Dongle error: No reply from Avid customer care since 6 days.

    RalphC replied quickly, but couldn't solve the problem, so he transfered me to Avid customer care. They asked me for my SID and the error  message which I both gave to them. 

    That was 6 days ago. 

    I reminded them the day before yesterday, but no reply.

    What is going on?

    I this case the fix to the problem is this: When you get the error message: "Contact system adminstrator", contact the system adminstrator (or write in the forum).

    They do great work.

    I agree with you when issue is solved we should post feedback how we did it, this one needs support attention there is issue with the updater file.
