    Photoshop: Import Layers

Sorry if this has been asked before.  I searched but couldn't find a clear answer.  Running the current version of MC on Mac OS 10.13.6.  When I import a layered photoshop file it doesn't ask me to import it flattened or as a sequence of layers like it used to.  It just comes in flattened.  I always prep my gfx in photoshop, this is slowing me terribly if I have to save multiple files.  Am I missing something?  I've been doing this for years.  Any help is appreciated.

Do not use Link to bring in the image. In the Source Browser, change from Link to Import. Now when you import the image, you should see the option panel for the layers.
