    Symphony option won't activate after re-install

    Upgraded my workstation, almost all new parts. Had to reinstall Avid, which went fine after -deactivating licesne and then reactivating it. Changed Computer name on product profile to new one.
      But Sympony keeps telling me "INVALID SYSTEM ID" on Avid link and won't show up when avid is launched.

    I do have a lot of color work to get done, it owuld be great to get this figured out ina timeley manner.

    You should contact Avid Support.

    Select Broadcast & Video, then on the next page click the + next to Contact Support and call the number listed for your area.  Help with activation issues is free, and it's option 2 from the phone menu.

    If you still don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Marianna Montague ( and Raff Condalor (  They are Avid's customer advocates, and can help you.
