Project Size is Huge because of User Files

Is there anyway to force the Avid to store the Seach Data Locally?  We have anywher from 8-12 systems hitting our Project.  Each one creates a search folder that is over 2Gigs.  So our Project that shoud be under 20 Gigs is over 40 and growing. Any way to get these save locally or at least not in our Project Folder on the ISIS?

Yes, but what version of Avid are you using?

Typically, when you create the project, there should be an option to set the Search Data Directory to Local Default.  If that option isn't in your version, then open the Find window and click the Gear icon in the lower left to display the Search Settings where you can also change it to Local Default.

After you've done that, delete the SearchData folders from each user's folder to recover the space.
