    Avid Link Initializing/sing-up problem


    i have problem with my Avid Link application - when i click to Profile icon to log-in i see initializing circle for couple minutes...

    and finaly when i see login screen and tried to login i get unknown error message 

    And also if i click to "forgot password" or "create account" i get "403 Forbidden - Request forbidden by administrative rules" 

    (pls see attached screens)

    Im using Avid Link version (19.7.0 Build 717)

    Thank you for any suggestion!
