    Can't open title tool?

Running Avid 2018.5. Trying to open title tool and it tells me to install New Blue Titler. Not interested in using that tool. Any thoughts about getting this open?

What is your project format? If I recall correctly, the basic title tool won't work in projects higher than HD, which could be why you're seeing the message you're seeing.
