Hi,
I purchased Sorenson Squeeze Pro 11 nearly two years ago, and on the whole it works very well. Lately, there have been issues simply loading the program, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and somewhere along the way: a) cannot reactivate the software; b) their website takes me to Wondershare.net, who have the most horrendous, virtually non-existence Tech Support function on their website (it says it's there, but practically isn't); c) I just happen to pick the long weekend when the company is on, I dunno, annual leave - huh !?! So I'm stuck.
Can anyone please say what the update is generally, and how I might reactivate my Squeeze Pro 11?
Thank you,
DC
If their website s still up you can try downloading the latest version 11 and installing that. When SS stopped supporting Squeeze they posted a Version 11 Pro on their site that did not require activeation. I ththere was a post here that everyone should get a copy of it just in case of an issue like yours. Someone may have a copy of that installer they could let you have.
I kept my original .exe file, but this is an activable version, but which cannot be activated because it won't connect to the SS server. Is there a link to the non-needed, non-activable Pro 11 version available amongst the community here?
Can anyone offer Squeeze Pro 11 ?
There are download links on these threads. I don't know if they're still active or not:

Thank you. One of these links (I think the first you list) provided a link to an .exe file which has worked. Strange that it's 195MB, while the copy I retained was c.178MB. I put in my code and it validated straight away. I take it that when I do get around to upgrading the laptop then this will carry over?

Keep the .exe file somewhere safe and you can spend the rest of eternity not worrying about the answer to that question. ;)
Leaving me an eternity stressing out over plenty of other questions ;-)
