I've got the DMF working pretty reliably in tests but it won't be much use to me if I can't get it to transcode new clips at their native frame rate.
I've tried a bunch of different settings and profiles and while consolidate does seem to respect the original clips frame rate I can't see how to choose a good low rez codec.
I am dealing with over 600 archival clips coming at me from researchers and I want to be able to throw them into the watch folder and let MC AMA link and then create AVID media at the native frame rate and sized to 1920x1080. Using Dropbox I could theoretically put clips into the watch folder without even being in the suite.
Anyone know if this is possible?
