Win 10 64x is the best Microsoft OS ever.

MC is a lot faster on it.

In fact older PC run better on it.

But to run MC well nowadays you need a fast PC.

except of that Win10 is faster and better in all ways., the biggest reason to upgrade from Win7 to Win10 is security. Windows 7 is a lot more unsecure and vulnerable for crypto viruses and other threats.

I would sleep very bad with Windows 7 on all my workstations...

I think a lot of that depends on system infrastructure, in a locked down Nexis environment where your avids aren't online they're very safe.

Many Avid users had test windows 10 systems running well before Avid approved it. Windows 10 had so many advantages over win 7 many couldn't wait and it been a pretty painless experience.

Yes you need fast computers and upgrading hardware is a good excuss to make an OS upgrade as well.

There are some places that have to oeprate seperate from the internet and they have workflows in place to get content in and out (and no USB sticks would normally be blocked!)
