Hi all-
As part of a security audit, we're being asked to retain 90 days worth of logs that include failed login attempts to workstations, servers, and shared storage.
Does an Isis 5000 server running v4.7.11 collect this data someplace? After simulating a few incorrect passwords, I couldn't find any records of failed login attempts in any of the usual logs.
Thanks,
Ryan

The Client Manager would be the only place that info is stored. However, once the software is closed, those logs are cleared.
The Management Console only cares about successful connections.
Sorry
Hi Marianna-
Thanks for checking into this.
Content security has become a bigger priority in the past few years (at least in our end of the business) and features like encryption and access logs are often a requirement for some clients.
Any chance this type of logging will be included in Nexis in the future?
