    Thank You Lara at Avid Roma

    My licences got lost in translation and expired one month early: last year I renewed on 10/11/2017, that is 10-november-2017 with the italian date format, they came across as the US date format october-11-2017. I want to publicly thank Lara Nugnes at Avid Roma, who catched and fixed this very fast as soon as I rang up to ask for renewal and told her that my licenses went down one month in advance, I would have never thought of such a tricky date format mismatch myself. This is what I call great after sale service!

    I'm glad this is reaching Lara's boss! I totally agree with You, people mostly come to the forums when things go wrong, it's fair for a change to pop in when things work out well too. Other than that, I did not even have had to bother You with this one!!!
