Jump to Audio TC in Sequence Not Working

Hi, I'm trying to jump to an audio TC (A1, for example) in a sequence using the numeric pad, but it doesn't seem to work.

I have the A1 TC selected in the top display of the Tracking Information menu. I'm on a 2013 Mac operting 10.13.3 (High Sierra) and my Avid version is 2018.5.0.

Side note: Video TC work. I'm able to jump to a V1 or a V2 TC without problem.

Have you enabled 2 Data Displays on the top of the Composer window?  If so, can you try assigning both to Source A1 and see if it works?

Thanks for the response, hbrock! Unfortunately, I have tried that and still nothing...

Silly question: you’re not trying to enter a non-drop frame number when you have a drop frame source or entering non-existent frame numbers?

Here’s another thing to try: duplicate the sequence, delete the video tracks and see if the search works. (Just trying to figure out where the problem is coming from.)
