    Stuck at Initiating

    I searcehd the site but nothing comes back for stuck at initiating.

    I found some Network Troubleshooting info and checked the links to ping for accessing the Avid servers and they return ACK as they should. 

     

    However I can't even start the Media Composer App as that needs the Application Manager to connect.

     

    AVID support replied to my query saying activate offline instead.

    Should I have an activation code somewhere - I only want to use the free Media Composer First app to see if I like it.
    I logged into my account online at AVID but don't see an activation code associated with  my Media Composer First Licence.

     

    Any help greatly appreciated.
