    App Manager not signing in hung up on "getting subscription data "

    cannot sign in to app manager 

    installed latest App Manager version 18.8.0

    i have a perpetual license on 2 systems

    running mac 10.12.6

    Have you tried clearing the cache files and/or restarting AppMan helper?

    Those are available under Preferences if you click on the sign in link.

    yes I have - still hangs up on "getting subscription data"

    I can sign into my master account on avid.com and everything, liceses, systems is there

    Yes did that.  Still hung up on "getting subscription data".  Emailed avid.  Saw in some threads they might have had to fix this from ther end?

    Have you heard that?

    Check your firewall settings make sure to allow AppMan and AppMan helper. Do you see any message at the upper part of the AppMan?
