    About to lose my mind: Device ID in license file "does't not" match this machine's Device ID.

    I'm about to lose my mind after uninstalling/reinstalling Sibeluis and AppManager for 2+ hours.

     

    First of all it's spelled wrong in App Manager. Please fix the spelling issue. The error is:

    "License renewal Not Successful: Activation Failed. Device ID in license file does't not match this machine's Device ID." 

     

    Also, this is the guide from the online resources....?!?!?! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? There are spelling errors here as well.

     

    What can I do to fix this? Also I can't call the tech support number because it's a Sunday, they're open M-F. I could wait until tomorrow but I have a big project to finish that is time sensitive!!

     

    Activation Failed. Device ID in license file does't not match this machine's Device ID.

    Mostly Indirect activation - The license.bin file downloaded doesn't match the device id generated ont eh machine. Common cause - Device ID typo in the indirect activation page, unfortunately we can't stop them from generating a license.bin file. If the user has many bin files, then if they don't browse to the correct file for the correct product, then they could run into this situation too.
