    101 Support renewal error

    Hey y'all!

     

    Just installed the 2018.8 build and can't activate.  The error I get says "Activation failed: 101 Support Renewal Error: Failed to set expiration date."  As far as I know my renewal isn't due until January.

    I'm sure that the problem is with the ass in the chair and not the computer - it usuall is - so any guidence would be much appreciated. Wink

    I have the same issue. I am using a system ID and activation ID for AVID MC that I purchased in college in 2014 and I get an error. "Activation failed: 101 Support Renewal Error: Failed to set expiration date. I would love some assistance.
