    Application Manager stuck

    Hi, I recently downloaded the Avid Media Composer First and after installing it I tried to log it in. But when I logged in the Application Manager is stuck on the page saying "Getting subscription data. I hope you can help me. Thank you!

    Ok now that you are in the right forum..... can you provide me with some information on your computer specifications and OS you are using?

    Hi Marianna,

    I'm currently running a Windows 10 Home Edition, gtx 1070 and 32gb of ram.

    I think I actually found the problem as I was looking for solution throughout the weekend.

    I think it's because I'm running the Windows 10 Home Edition. Do i need to upgrade it or

    is there another problem? Thanks.

    yes we dont support Home edition...  we support 

    Media Composer | First requires a 64-bit Windows operating systems
    Windows 10 Professional and Enterprise
    Windows 8.1 Professional and Enterprise
    Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1 only)

    I suggest an upgrade
