    Squeeze Lite serial number error on install

    I've downloaded the Squeeze Lite product from the Avid Application manager, and it seems to install correctly,

     

    However, once laucnhed, it gives an error about a serial number mismatch and closes.

     

    Any guidance?  I am logged into my Avid master account and that is how the download happened.
