    What option do I need?

Can someone explain difference between Media Composer Perpetual USD 299/yr and $199.99 Media Composer 1-Year Subscription.

Can I buy cheaper $199.99 Media Composer 1-Year Subscription and prolong my subscription that will end in next few days?

Or as a long time user I must buy Media Composer Perpetual USD 299/yr?

I am already have all 3 options (Symphony, Phrasefind and Scriptsync).

Media Composer Perpetual is USD 1299/yr  and comes with Annual Upgrade Plan (download) so - you buy it once and own it forever.

Then there are several Sunbcription offerings....

    For $49.99 USD ( $49.99 x 12 ) 1-Year Subscription, Paid Monthly (Download) - Save money when you commit to 12 months.

For $499.99 USD 1-Year Subscription, Paid Upfront (Download) - Get a discount of two months when you pay in full upfront

For $74.99 USD Monthly Subscription, Paid Monthly (Download) - Access Media Composer | Ultimate on an as-needed basis and let it expire if you dont need it.

Now I think you are asking aobut renewals......

You have MC now with an active Annual Upgrade & Support Plan that's about to expire and can get Media Composer | Ultimate 8  for $299 USD a year.

You have  Media Composer  5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 8 and do not have a upgrade plan on this license so you would be crossgrading the perpetual license to a subscription " Media Composer | Ultimate Subscription Crossgrade" for $39.99 per month ( 12 x $39.99 ).

You have  Media Composer  5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 8 and do not have a upgrade plan on this license so you would be crossgrading the perpetual license to a $399.99 USD 1-Year Subscription Crossgrade from Perpetual, Paid Upfront (Download)

Does that help or do you need more scoop.

Re: What option do I need?

So, as I understand if i will buy $199 subscription I will lose Media Composer Perpetual and can not use it forever.

But can I add to subscription my three already buyed perpetual options, i.e. Symphony, Phrasefind and Scriptsync?

Symphony, Phrasefind and Scriptsync are options that can run on top of any MC version 8.x or higher.  if you own them, then thya are yours.  If you elect to go with a subscription mocing forward they will work with that MC.

If you do go subscription, then yes you loose it when you decide to not renew.  A perpetual can be used as long as you like on the last version you were eligible to use.
