    PLEASE HELP! Tried to change subscription woes!!!!!

     

    I really hope someone can help me as I am at the end of my tether and on the verge of leaving Avid as your web customer service is absolutley terrible.

    when the new versions of Media Composer were recently released I asked if my exsisting monthly subscription could be downgraded to the new standard Media Composer subscription, I was told that I needed to take that subscription out first and then the exsisting subscription would be cancelled, which I did (so paid for 2 subscriptions for May). 

    I have just been told my original sub cannot be cancelled so I am now left high and dry with TWO subscriptions!

    So after taking the advice from Avid Web Support I am now out of pocket and have two subs when I only wanted to downgrade one.

     

    PLEASE PLEASE. Help me sort this out as I am going mad with all the emails and slow response. I need one of my subs cancelled and a refund issued for the minth I paid for that I did not need to do.
