Any way for AppMan to remember my Avid login details?

Very frequently, the Application Manager does not keep me logged in and I have to keep entering my Avid account email and password. Is there a way for it to remember my login details? I do not see a checkmark option for 'Remember me' or something of the sort.

I also clear my Safari cache and history pretty frequently, so I don't know if this is related.

My OS is macOS 10.13.4 (High Sierra) and I am using the latest version of the Application Manager (2018.4.2).

I discussed with Keith our AppMan...   While it is not normally required, please go through these steps to uninstall, clear and reinstall App Manager:

    1.  Via activity Monitor, please stop the App Manager Helper process

    2.  Uninstall App Manager via the Applications > Avid Uninstallers

    3.  Once uninstall is done, please remove the following folder: ~/Library/Caches/Avid/App Manager

    4.  Restart or log out of your User (Not required, but helpful)

    5.  Download and Reinstall App Manager

    6. Sign In.

Please let me know if that helped.

I too have noticed this. We have A LOT of systems. Log in on all of them. A while later (month or two) - check in and all are no longer logged in. I just assumed this was by design. After all, Adobe does the same and it is by design. Adobe forces users to re-log in every 30-ish days.

Re: Any way for AppMan to remember my Avid login details?

    Hi Mariana,

Today, the App Manager alerted me of a new version that was just released moments ago (ver. 2018.4.3). I went ahead and downloaded + installed it from within the app. Let's see if this fixes the issue.

    Thank you.
