When we connect to one of our Interplay clients, all media is getting offline.
Have someone got this to work? How is your config?
what version of interplay/media composer/RGS?
have been doing this with success for the last ~2 years, using z440/z840/z800/z420 workstations, windows 7 and 10, MC 8.5 and higher, interplay 3.5 and higher. early releases of RGS had issues with authentication and initial connection actually working. later versions seem to work quite well.

do you have separate ethernet connections to your workstations?
We have only one (internet & ISIS connection in same)
Have no problems with non-Interplay clients on our other system (separate, working with Nexis)
Single homed networking on all workstations. Some have dual-1Gb ISIS connections, but on the same VLAN.
I am currently experimenting with using intel switch-fault tolerant teaming on clients and servers with Nexis Client 7.11.
so sick, hope someone else have had this issie
I work for HP and know that many customers have used HP RGS with AVID MC. You may want to make a post on the HP RGS support forum here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Remote-Graphics-Software-RGS/bd-p/RGS
The HP Workstation team works closely with Avid to certify thier Z Workstations and HP RGS is part of that team so they may be able to do some digging for you.
no one else who have had this problem?
