When attempting to move an asset in interplay via the ipws command move I am getting the following error. The same command works fine on my demo system. Can somebody point me at what could be the cause of it? We have verified the paths exist and can copy / move files there manually in interplay access.

its not invalid paths because that would be throwing a path not found error. I know that from when i had the wrong path.

    Re: Unexpected error moving asset

    Hi Jeff,

you can try to move the asset in question using Interplay Access and see if that works to verify that this is not an issue with this specific asset.

Also you can retry move and see if it works and case the asset in question was locked by another request

    Thanks
