    Output to an HD monitor

I need to monitor my edit on a TV. With my old set-up I could output SD to a CRT via my SDI Mojo, but this obviously won't work for HD. I have a HD monitor - what can I use to see my video from the pc. I'm still using XP for my Avid Xpress Pro set up and most modern capture cards wont run on XP. Any ideas?

Black Magic design have relatively cheap micro converters so you could connect the SDI out to a micro SDI to HDMI converter
