Hover scrub in bin frame view, like exists in Source Browser

I've been expecting hover scrub to be implemented in Frame View for bins the same way it's been available in the Source Browser for what seems like ages already. Any reason why it hasn't?

The frame size sliding scale would need to be implemented in bins as well becuase using Ctrl-L has a limit on how big the thumbnails get (and they don't get big enough).

Also it would be great to be able to make i/o marks while scrubbing which would then create visual cues on each thumbnail for each of the marks. (This is literally the one nice thing that FCP X does.)
