    Can't open MC 8.10.0 - says subscription not up to date, but just renewed...

    Hi there:

    I know, Xmas eve is a strange day to upgrade your software – but now that I'm on High Sierra 10.13.2, and have installed MC 8.10.0, it won't open because it thinks I don't have an active support plan.  Which is not the case.  I just renewed the plan (and was working with 8.9.4 no issues) last week.

    Anyone have any tips?  Or someone from AVID who can sort it out?  (I'm both hopeful and not hoping that Marianna responds right now.  It's Xmax eve for goodness sakes!)

    Got it working.  Reinstalled App Manager, deactivated, then reactivated subscription.  Booting now!

    I didn't need to reinstall App Mgr- just deactivate/activate did it.
