    Can't sign in to Application Manager

    I downloaded Media Composer First and I can't get past the login to even open the app.  I changed my password, so that I'd be entering the correct credentials, but still no luck. 

     

    Any way to fix this?

    First we need to know your specifications...  mac or PC, OS?  RAM?  

    You must have an Avid Master Account at account.avid.com.    Can you email me the info I asked for above and that email address.

    and have you gone thru this guide?
