    Billing country and state cannot be changed because you have active subscriptions

    As it says in the subject... Cant renew protools either as the payment info wont submit due to new address.

    Hi do you have a solution to this? I have the exact same problem. I go to activate my new software and I'm asked to verify my adderss, I do and I'm then told my address can't be changed due to the fact I have active subscriptions. I'm getting extremely fed up with these stupid problems. I've now lost 2 paid sessions due to this! not to mention its embarrasing when a client comes round or you get asked to record parts and you can;t because the *** software wont work! I'd appreciate any help please as i need this sorting quickly and my best option at the minute is to purchase LOGIC!!!

    Hi Ralph

     

    I have fixed the Activation issue, finally managed to contact someone at AVID, however after upgrading my OS and now running the latest PT version 2018.4 my original problem still persists. I cannot import audio to a session. Tried drag and drop and the import audio function in the file tab. No lengthy dialogue this time, it just doesnt work! All patience has been lost now.
