Avid Tech Support Agent Destroyed My User Profile

An avid technician destroyed my user profile. Can't believe it. He created a new user profile and he couldn't even get mine back. Now the program keeps launches and crashes with all sorts of crazy error messages.

Marianna, can you please help me out on this,

    Thank you,

This sounds very odd to me. Are you suggesting that creation of a new user profile is resulting in crashes? Also - is your old profile no longer listed in the opening project page?

You contacted support for a reason - what was happening with your system before the Avid tech created a new profile?

    Hi Marianna,

The timecode one was never resolved, sadly, and the second one has to do with the video frame being shifted (from my previous post of that video you saw), when generating a crossfade.

My User profile has now been restored so i'm ok now.

    thank you so much.
