    App Mgr Error#400

    In App Mgr, some of my students get the following trying trying to login:

    "There was a problem processing your request. Please check your credentials and try again. Error #400"

    Their email/pw is input correctly. They've logged in successfully. They also can't login into Master Acct now.

    What causes this error? And what can I do to prevent in future? How can it get reset?

    Hi there,

    I have had the same problem with the free Avid MediaComposerFirst. When the Application Manager opens and i try to sin in I  get the error #400 code saying i am unable to log in.
