    Licensing frustration

    I'm getting License renewal Not Successful: 101 errors. Now it's telling me that "Subscription Renewal Error: Expiration should be a future date". The license is in good standing and these types of errors are frustrating. Would appreicate assistance. I have PM'd Mariana and hoping that a resolution will be quick (the temp 30 day option is greyed out, so my system is useless at the moment.)

    Got your PM and created a case and will get support on it.  Looks like the subscription did not rebill properly so the license expired 4 days ago.  

    They will assist you asap.
